Michael H. B. Stowell, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer, Research Development

Dr. Stowell received his Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology and was a visiting scientist at the Medical Research Council in Cambridge England and the University of Kyoto, Japan. He has published numerous scientific articles and has been awarded over 20 patents. Dr. Stowell is the lead author of the patents which make up the core intellectual property of the company and is responsible for the development of new technology and applications.

Ms. Tran has has extensive experience in business operation, strategies and development at the national and global level. Ms. Tran is responsible for developing and executing Solarbre's long-term growth strategies with the world's leading manufacturers and marketers of Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance products. She is initiates and directs new market entry strategies, collaborations and partnerships for the company's technology.



Milton Yatvin, Ph.D.
Director

Dr. Yatvin is an emeritus professor of the Oregon Health Science University (OHSU). Prior to moving to OHSU, he spent 25 years at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prof. Yatvin was pioneered and is leading the field of targeted drug delivery. He is the principal inventor on the controlling patents in the area of passive delivery and selective release of pro-drug-based delivery technologies, and serves on the board of a number of biopharmaceutical companies including EnzRel, Inc and 4CytePharam. Professor Yatvin has 50 years of experience in scientific research. He has authored more than 150 scientific publications and he is the principal inventor of more than 15 patents. In addition, he has been a principal investigator on many US National Institute of Health (NIH RO1) and SBIR grants. He maintains an active scientific presence within the academic scientific community, the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries, and the government health authorities in the United States and Europe.
